DVSCS

The Domestic Violence Specialist Children's Services (DVSCS)

The Domestic Violence Specialist Children’s Services (DVSCS) works with young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who have, or are experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence.

The aim of the program is to provide accessible, and age-appropriate specialist domestic and family violence support and education through case-management services and early intervention group work. This work includes identifying and responding to domestic, family and sexual violence concerns, increasing healthy relationships knowledge and awareness and ongoing safety planning.

DVSCS works with young people to encourage capacity building that supports them to shape their own lives and opens the way to creating safe and enjoyable relationships that are free from violence.
